Beautiful ICS
Just a few things to note before you start
Beautiful ICS is an android 4.2.1(JB) ROM based on .587 for the Xperia Neo V
The ROM is highly customizable is essentially AOKP Running on top of the stable Stock ICS with working features such as Stock Sony Camera and HDMI Working
Changelog + Hotfixes will be present on post #2
ROM Features:

Known Issues:
- Vibration bug when using keyboard- Fix by changing vibration duration to a positive value in Keyboard settings/advanced settings
How to Install:
1. Make a CWM Backup incase anything goes wrong (Optional)
2. Copy Beautiful ICS.zip to SD card of your phone
3. Flash kernel via fastboot by typing: fastboot flash boot boot.img
4. Boot into CWM recovery by pressing the volume down button during boot up when the LED flashes purple
5.Wipe everything ( data, cache + dalvik cache)
6. Go into install zip from SD card and find Beautiful ICS.zip and the Xperia Neo V patch
7. Then flash it, Reboot and Enjoy :)
FOR LOCKED BL:
BEFORE All those Instructions make sure you are on a SONY ICS ROM/STOCK ICS. Not GB, CM, AOKP OR anything
