PAC-man Kernel Jellybean 4.1 and 4.2 [ PAC / CM ] Neo V

I am posting the PAC-man kernel and modules.

Why?
1. It is stable.
2. It is time-tested.
3. It has many features (governors, io schedulers etc)
4. This way kernel updates can get to users even if ROM is not updated.
(like the recent cwm fix)
