The first street of entering into the way of rooting is to unlock bootloader of your phone for which you have to check that if it is possible to unlock the bootloader of your xperia device
After that abide the given procedure-
Dial *#*#7378423#*#* in your phone dialer pad
Select Service info >> Configuration >> Rooting Status.
If bootloader unlock allowed says Yes,
then you can continue :)
Now open this link
http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions

Then scroll down and click on continue

Click on yes, I am sure :)

Now tick all the boxes and click on I accept button

After this fill your details :)
For Your IMEI Number Dial:*#06#
And submit it

At this step the unlock key is sent to your email which you have provided in your detail
so check your email for the key and copy it somewhere as you will need it later
Now download this zip file and extract it anywhere in your pc/laptop
Switch off your xperia device
Hold the menu button and connect the usb cable to your pc/laptop
You will see blue light instead of red ,green etc
Blue light means your phone is in fastboot mode.
Now open the folder which you have extracted before from the download zip file

And hold shift button on your pc/laptop and right click anywhere in the folder

and select open command window here .

You will see a command prompt

Type this in the command prompt
It will response back (for example: 0.1) it means phone is properly connected to the pc/laptop

Now enter this line in the command prompt but before this we have to modify something in it
Instead of KEY enter your unlock key which you have got from your email :)
And hit enter :)
