For some start with a new project for the neo V because I do not want moved at the name "Jelly Blur" to CM10.1.
Let's get back to the topic so my rom is characterized in that it has its own "thing" that is:

Project Blur worked on it two months to get the effect of a stable rom

Download:
- Installing Rom
- Do backup your rom actual
- First Unlock Bootloader
- Flash latest nAa JB or Lupus kernel
- Go to CWM
- Do format system
- Is the nAa l or Lupus kernel is there are other options but the important thing is to do a full wipe
- Factory Reset / Wipe date
- Wipe cache
- Advanced> wipe cache, wipe battery stats
- Now Rom> instal zip from SD CARD
- If you want ,you can instal GAPPS
- Reboot and you're done
